The Indoor Football League is proud to announce the Players of the Week for Week 11 of the 2022 season. Quad City Quarterback, E.J. Hilliard, takes Offensive Player of the Week. Duke City Defensive Back/Wide Receiver, Greg Dent Jr., earns Defensive Player of the Week. Special Teams Player of the Week goes to Green Bay kicker, Nick Jaworski.
 

Greg Dent Jr. – DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

With limited rosters, sometimes coaches need to just get their playmakers on the field. Greg Dent Jr. is listed as a Wide Receiver; and yet he is the Defensive Player of the Week. With Duke City thin at Defensive Back, Dent played both ways, and he played well. On defense he amassed three tackles,  one pass break-up, one forced fumble and an interception returned for a touchdown. Not bad for a Wide Receiver that also had four catches for 59 yards and two touchdowns. Have a night, Mr. Dent.
